The complete AI operating system for your business.
Brand voice, audience personas, competitor landscape, configured workspace, prompt library, opportunity map - built in 1-2 weeks and delivered as files you own forever.
What this is for
You've built expertise, content, and a clear position in your market. But every time you try to use AI, you get generic output that sounds nothing like you. The problem isn't the AI - it's the context layer underneath.
The AI Blueprint is the complete infrastructure that makes AI genuinely useful for your business - not a strategy deck, not a template, but a working system that produces your kind of work from the first prompt.
What's included
Nine documents delivered as .md files, plus a fully configured Claude Project ready to use on the day of handover.
How it works
Two weeks from kickoff to working system. Three phases, with a mid-engagement check-in to refine the voice before we finalise.
Week 1 - Discovery and capture
5 working days30-60 minute kickoff call. You send existing content - scripts, talks, articles, decks. We capture your voice, build the business profile, draft initial personas.
Week 2 - Build and configure
5 working daysCompetitor research, persona refinement, prompt library, design system, opportunity mapping. Workspace built and tested. Mid-week check-in to refine the voice based on your feedback.
Handover
60-minute live sessionWalk through every deliverable. Demo the workspace with real prompts producing real output. All files transferred to your account. Optional retainer conversation at the end.
Who this is for
- Established businesses with existing expertise and content to build from
- Solo consultants, advisers, and small firms (1-50 people) who want AI to produce work that sounds like them
- Marketing teams who need consistent, on-brand output across multiple channels without endless review cycles
- Anyone who's tried ChatGPT, got generic output, and decided "AI doesn't work for my business"
Who this isn't for
- Businesses with no existing content or clear positioning - we need raw material to work with
- Companies wanting one-off pieces of content rather than a system
- Anyone looking for the cheapest option - this isn't a £50 prompt template
- Teams that want to learn AI themselves rather than have it built for them

This is usually the point people book a call.
Book a 15-min call →15 minutes. Honest answer, even if it's “not yet” or “not us.”
Things worth knowing before you book.
If something here isn't covered, ask on the call - honest answers, no sales pitch.
Do you work with my industry?
The method works for any business with expertise, content, and a market position to build from. We've worked across professional services, consulting, coaching, software, and creative agencies. The approach doesn't change by sector - the source material changes.
The only businesses we struggle with are ones with no existing content. We need raw material to capture your voice from.
What happens if I don't have much existing content?
The minimum is roughly: a clear positioning, a handful of pieces of writing (articles, blog posts, LinkedIn posts, scripts, talks), and 60 minutes of your time on the kickoff call.
If you don't have any of these yet, the Blueprint isn't the right starting point. We'd suggest building some content first - or considering an AI Product Sprint if you have a specific tool idea you want to test before building the full system.
Why £1,497? What makes it that price?
The engagement takes 30-40 hours of senior delivery work. It includes nine documents, a fully configured workspace, a branded competitor PDF, and a 60-minute handover session. Compared to a single day with most AI consultancies (£1,000-2,500), it's roughly the same price - but you walk away with a working system, not a strategy deck.
It's a fixed price. No scope creep. No surprise invoices. Pay 50% upfront, 50% on handover.
Who actually does the work?
Darren Wells builds every Blueprint personally. 20+ years of UX, brand, and digital strategy experience. No junior account execs. No offshoring. No template-driven delivery.
If you take the Content Operations retainer afterwards, Kirsty Wells handles ongoing content production using the system Darren built.
What if I want to use ChatGPT or another tool instead of Claude?
The infrastructure we build (voice profile, personas, competitor landscape, prompts) works with any modern LLM. The workspace configuration is specifically optimised for Claude Projects - that's where the live demo happens at handover.
If you want to run the same setup in ChatGPT's Custom GPTs, Gemini Gems, or any other context-aware tool, the .md files transfer cleanly. You're not locked in.
What about data security and confidentiality?
Everything lives in your own Claude account by handover. No data goes through our infrastructure permanently. We sign NDAs on request. Claude (Anthropic) doesn't train on user data in standard plans, and Claude Enterprise tier is available if you need SSO and audit logs.
For corporate engagements, we provide a data security FAQ document for procurement teams.
What happens after handover?
You own everything. The workspace runs in your account. You can use it independently, hand it to a marketing person, or take one of the ongoing retainers (AI Operations with Darren for strategic work, Content Operations with Kirsty for day-to-day content). Most Blueprint clients take Content Operations - the workspace produces work consistently, but someone still needs to drive it.
There's a 2-week follow-up call included to check the system is being used properly. Beyond that, no obligation either way.
