01What a skill is
A skill is a digital file (with, for some products, an associated online account feature) that you download and use inside your own AI tools, such as Claude. We don't provide the AI tool itself, and a skill's output depends on the tool and context you run it in. Skills are provided as described on their product pages - we don't promise any particular business result from using them.
02Buying
Prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where stated on the product page. Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout. Your purchase is complete when payment succeeds and we grant access to your email address; you access products by signing in with that email.
03Digital content and the 14-day cancellation right
Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. Because skills are delivered immediately, at checkout we ask you to consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day cancellation right once delivery begins. If you don't tick that box, you can't complete the purchase, and if something's gone wrong with an order, email us - statutory rights around faulty digital content are unaffected: if a skill is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
04Licence
Every skill and bundle is sold on one of two licences. The licence you bought is shown at checkout, on your receipt and in your confirmation email. Both licences are non-transferable, and on neither may you resell, share, publish or redistribute the skill file or its contents.
- Individual licence- one person. That's the buyer, or one named person in your organisation. You can use the skill on your own devices and in your own AI accounts, for your own work (including work you deliver to clients).
- Team licence (up to 5 people) - up to five people within one organisation may use the skill, for that organisation's work. It's a single licence covering a small team, not a separate account per person. A team spanning more than one organisation, or more than five people, needs a larger arrangement - email hello@digitopialabs.com.
Voice Match is always an individual, single-user licence, even when it's part of a bundle bought on a Team licence. It's generated from one person's writing, so a team licence doesn't apply to it. Voice Match regeneration is intended for one person's evolving voice, and we apply a fair-use limit to regenerations. If your team wants voice work done properly, that's the Blueprint.
05Accounts
Sign-in is by magic link to your purchase email. Keep access to that inbox secure; anyone with access to your email can access your account. Tell us if you think your account has been misused.
06Voice Match specifics
Your questionnaire answers and writing sample are yours. We store them so you can return and regenerate, we process them via Anthropic's API to generate your profile (see the privacy policy), and you can delete them at any time. The generated profile and skill file are licensed to you as in section 4.
07Acceptable use
Don't use skills to produce unlawful content, to impersonate someone else without their consent (Voice Match is for yourvoice, or a voice you're authorised to represent), or to attempt to disrupt our services. We can suspend accounts that breach these terms, and where a breach is material and unremedied, terminate them.
08Changes to products
We improve skills over time. Where a purchased skill gets a materially updated file, it appears in your account at no extra cost. We may retire a product from sale; access to what you've already bought continues.
09Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise, our total liability in connection with a skill purchase is capped at the price you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business. Skills produce drafts and suggestions - you're responsible for reviewing anything before you rely on it or send it, including for regulatory compliance in your profession.
10General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction (if you're a consumer elsewhere in the UK, you keep the protections and courts of your home nation). If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stands. These terms don't create any rights for third parties.
