01What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They serve various purposes - keeping you logged in, remembering your preferences, helping site owners understand how the site is used.
We use cookies minimally. Most of the site works without any cookies at all. Where we do use them, we explain why below - and you have granular control over which categories load.
02How we manage consent
We use CookieYes, a consent management platform, to handle cookie consent on this site. When you first visit, CookieYes presents a banner letting you accept or reject non-essential cookies, with granular control by category. Your choice is recorded and respected, and you can change it any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
Until you consent, non-essential cookies are not set. Where we use Google services, we operate Google Consent Mode v2 - meaning before you consent, Google tools receive only anonymous, cookieless signals, and full tracking begins only once you accept.
03Cookies we use
We group cookies into the categories below. CookieYes maintains the live cookie table on the banner itself - it scans the site monthly and updates the list automatically.
- Necessary - required for the site and consent mechanism to work. Always active. Includes the CookieYes consent record (
cookieyes-consent). - Analytics - help us understand how the site is used. Google Analytics 4 (
_ga,_ga_*) and PostHog (ph_*). Only set with your consent. - Advertising - measure the effectiveness of our advertising. The LinkedIn Insight Tag, when our advertising campaigns are live. Only set with your consent.
- Functional - power embedded tools such as our Cal.com booking calendar on
/book-a-call.
Open the CookieYes banner via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer to see the current, full list of cookies in each category, including provider, purpose, and duration.
04Third-party services
The following third parties may set cookies. Each is governed by its own privacy policy:
- Google Analytics 4 - site analytics. policies.google.com/privacy
- PostHog (EU region) - product analytics and session replay, with input fields masked. posthog.com/privacy
- Cal.com - booking calendar, loads on
/book-a-call. cal.com/privacy - LinkedIn - advertising measurement, when our campaigns are live. linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy
- CookieYes - consent management. cookieyes.com/privacy-policy
We do not use:
- Advertising cookies beyond measurement
- Social tracking pixels for behavioural advertising
- Cross-site behavioural profiling
- Session-replay tools that capture your keystrokes (PostHog input masking is on)
05Managing your choices
You have several ways to control cookies on this site:
Cookie banner
When you first visit, CookieYes shows a banner with three actions: Accept all, Reject all, or Preferences. Reject is as straightforward as Accept. Your choice is remembered for 12 months.
Change your mind
You can update your preferences at any time by:
- Clicking the “Cookie settings” link in the footer (re-opens the CookieYes preferences modal)
- Clearing this site's cookies in your browser, which will trigger the banner again
Browser-level control
All major browsers let you block or delete cookies globally:
- Chrome - Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
- Safari - Settings → Privacy → Cookies and website data
- Firefox - Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and site data
- Edge - Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Blocking essential cookies may break parts of the site, including the consent mechanism itself.
06Updates and contact
This Cookie Policy may change when we add new tools, change providers, or respond to regulatory updates. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when changes were made. Material changes will trigger the banner again so you can review your preferences.
